A little about me.

I am a Texas born, Ohio raised and educated, Colorado lifer (since 2010). My career is my passion and I have been learning and practicing real estate since 2012. Starting my career in a market that was still recovering from America’s sub-prime mortgage bubble crisis taught me a lot about the ebb and flow of real estate. I began my career at a time when Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac foreclosures, VA foreclosures, and short sales were the norm. It taught me humbleness, but also gave me insight on how to help my clients locally regardless of the national economy.

Years later, in a much different market I am still pushing my education further and finding new ways to help my clients. I love what I do and I am thankful for the opportunity real estate has given me. Each day I get to meet new people and help them plan the next step in their lives, whether they are purchasing their first home, selling off a portfolio of investments, or re-locating to or from Colorado.

When I am not out showing or listing homes I spend my free time enjoying the city and the mountains equally. Keep an eye out because there is a good chance we might run into each other at a Rockies or Broncos game, one of Colorado’s many food and wine festivals, or out at Cheesman, Washington, or City Park. I enjoy running in 2-3 races each summer including the Colfax Marathon Relay and the Pikes Peak Ascent. During the winter months when I can escape I like to snowboard at Arapahoe Basin or take a weekend trip out to Steamboat or Crested Butte.

When it is time to write a contract I show you how you can leverage your offer without making yourself vulnerable in a competitive market.
